EDVOX MUSIC SCHOOL PTE. LTD. is seeking a part-time administrator to handle customer inquiries, assist with course enrolment and fee collection, and support daily admin tasks at our Tampines location.

You will also manage book and instrument sales and inventory, while helping compile key statistics on payments, enrolments, and dropouts. The role requires strong MS Excel skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work nights and weekends on retail hours, including Friday, Saturday,

Qualificações

• GCE O' Level or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel required.
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work 3 days a week including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer service-related queries/requests.
• Recommendation of music courses, enrolment, fees collection.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
• Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc.
