  • Location: Funan
  • Working Days: Tues - Sun
  • Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.30pm
  • Min. commitment: 3 - 4 days per week
Job Duties
  • Welcome visitors warmly and provide excellent service according to standard operating procedures
  • Manage reception counter such as ticketing services, and enquiries (Walk-ins, calls, emails), attendance taking (based on time‑slots)
  • Roving duties to support visitor engagement across various exhibition spaces
  • Proactively collect feedback from visitors to improve their experience
  • Conduct exhibitions sharing, and facilitate interactive sessions or short skits for the children
  • Cleanup of public spaces during break intervals
  • Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the relevant teams
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure orderliness, cleanliness, and functionality of all visitor amenities, AV/IT equipment, and exhibitions
  • Set up the Museum for the day, including signage, queue management systems, and operational equipment
  • Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Proactive and willing to work with children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in handling payment transactions
  • Comfortable interacting with the public and presenting to groups
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts
  • Prior experience in museums, attractions, hospitality, or service industries will be an advantage
