Job summary

Healthway Integrative Medicine Pte Ltd. seeks clinic assistants to support day-to-day clinic operations across multiple Singapore locations. You will welcome patients, handle front-desk registrations, appointments, and payments, and liaise with physicians to prepare treatment rooms.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment. Training will cover MOH and TCM guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mandarin speaking ability and reading Chinese medicine labels required.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software.
• Customer service mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare or customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to phone calls and visitors as a receptionist.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of clinic facilities and premises.
• Front-desk duties: patient registration, appointments, billing, enquiries.
• Administrative duties: claims, filing, patient/clinical data records, accounts settlement, stock.
• Assist physicians in preparing treatment rooms for consultation and procedures.
• Comply with MOH and TCM guidelines and clinic procedures.
• Perform other tasks as directed by Operations Manager/Physicians.
