Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to manage multiple projects, including 24-hour operation sites.

You will coordinate staff, plan budgets, and ensure deliverables meet project specs across islandwide locations. The role requires hands-on work, willingness to travel, rotational shifts including weekends, and strong communication skills. Prior project coordination experience is an advantage as you will recruit, schedule, and monitor performance in collaboration

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Able to perform hands-on/physical work.
• Willing to travel to multiple locations.
• Experience in project coordination is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of various projects (including 24-hour operation projects).
• Handle and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Activate standby personnel or stand in for absent staff on projects.
• Rostering for operations and ensure KPI achievement across projects.
• Visit project sites and verify deliverables per project specs islandwide.
• Prepare monthly attendance and work reports for client approval.
• Prepare and submit invoices for payment processing.
• Coordinate project recruitment and interview arrangements with the recruitment manager.
• Collect feedback on staff performance from clients.
• Arrange logistics for projects as needed.
• Plan and execute project budgets.
• Hands-on work during absence of deployed staff.
• Motivate and supervise assigned staff.
