Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a proactive Operations Support professional to assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day site coordination, resource allocation, and subcontractor oversight in Singapore and across Asia. The role involves on-site leadership, coordinating meetings, ensuring tools and documentation are up to date, and driving corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

Travel opportunities may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 1 year or internship experience is ideal.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Asia.
• Driving license class 3 with own vehicle is optional.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in ad hoc jobs estimation and calculations.
• Organize resources and allocate tasks to work teams and sub-contractors.
• Lead supervisor and support staff on site to execute works.
• Assist Operations Manager with on and off site meetings pertaining to technical issues.
• Ensure that site tools are updated daily and documentation properly done.
• Design corrective actions to mitigate scope and schedule creeps.
• Assist Operations Manager in demobilizing and handing over of projects to customer.
