Job summary

TYK CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is looking for a site supervisor to help manage construction projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate all on-site works, including subcontractors and vendors, and report project progress to the Project Manager. Strong communication with clients, IDs, consultants, and suppliers is essential to keep activities on schedule. The role requires multi-tasking, resilience under pressure, and proficiency with standard Microsoft applications.

• Must be responsible and accountable on site.
• Adapt quickly to challenges arising on site.
• Excellent communication with clients, IDs, consultants and vendors.
• Able to multi-task and manage several site issues simultaneously.
• Capable of handling stress and meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience using computers for emails and basic tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Manager to manage projects.
• Coordinate and liaise all site works (own work + subs/vendors).
• Monitor project progress and report issues to PM.
• Ensure site works proceed smoothly according to schedule.
