Job summary

Spatial Collective is seeking an Operations & Customer Service Executive in Singapore to support day-to-day operations across Spatial locations. The role blends facilities management, office operations, and customer service with occasional business support.

You will work in a hybrid setup, travel between study pods and offices, handle inquiries, and perform data analysis in Excel to help keep locations clean, functional and well-presented.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Operations, Facilities Management or related field (or ITE with relevant experience)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel between Spatial locations
• Valid Class 3A driving licence (company vehicle provided)

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and reactive facilities matters across Spatial locations.
• Conduct site checks and identify maintenance, cleanliness and facility issues.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance works and external vendors.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service-related issues.
• Assist with business development and other operational projects.
• Perform basic data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Travel between study pod locations to carry out upkeep of Spatial offices and study pods.
• Respond to operational or facility issues that arise during the weekend.
