Job summary

SPATIAL COLLECTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Operations & Facilities professional to oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of all company locations in Singapore.

You will manage preventive and reactive facilities tasks, coordinate repairs with vendors, and support day-to-day operations while handling inquiries and ad-hoc projects. Proficiency in Excel for basic data reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and reactive facilities matters across Spatial locations.
• Conduct site checks and identify maintenance, cleanliness and facility issues.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance works and external vendors when required.
• Support day-to-day operations and ensure all locations are running smoothly.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service-related issues.
• Assist with business development and other operational projects when required.
• Perform basic data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
• Respond to operational or facility issues that arise.
