Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or operations coordination.
• Ability to perform site checks and identify maintenance issues.
• Ability to coordinate repairs with external vendors and contractors.
• Proficient in basic data analysis and reporting using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and reactive facilities tasks across Spatial locations.
• Conduct site checks and identify maintenance, cleanliness and facility issues.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance works with external vendors.
• Support day-to-day operations to keep all locations running smoothly.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service-related issues.
• Assist with business development and other operational projects as required.
• Perform basic data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
• Weekend duties include cleaning and facilities management across study pod locations.
• Respond to operational or facility issues that arise during weekends.
