Buddha Tooth Relic Temple (Singapore) is seeking a versatile Multimedia Executive to bridge creative production and digital operations. You’ll maintain our temple’s digital presence, support events, and engage the community with compelling visuals.

We value a hands-on designer with CRM/ERP familiarity, English and Chinese fluency, and a disciplined, team-oriented mindset to collaborate across IT, finance, and outreach teams during ceremonies and activities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in design, multimedia, or digital operations.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MS Office.
• Strong English and Chinese language communication.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging collaterals (flyers, posters, banners) for ceremonies and events.
• Publish digital content across Website, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
• Photograph and edit videos as needed.
• Maintain and update website content (ceremony items, schedules, sutra uploads).
• Support Dynamics 365 operations and backend system workflows.
• Collaborate with IT/Finance for CRM/ERP product creation and e-commerce site.
• Coordinate pre-event planning (pricing, schedules) and liaise with volunteers.
• Coordinate technical troubleshooting with developers/vendors to ensure system integrity.
• Assist with actual ceremony execution and producing event printouts.
