Job summary

ETHOS SEARCH ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative Graphic Designer on a 1-year contract based in Jurong West. The role focuses on producing visual assets for events, campaigns, and corporate initiatives, while ensuring brand consistency across channels.

You will develop key visuals, marketing collateral, and digital content, with opportunities in photography, basic video editing, and AI-assisted ideation to improve production efficiency. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication, or related field.
• Portfolio showcasing event communications, marketing campaigns, collateral, social media content, or other relevant creative work.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio demonstrating the same are welcome.
• Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• Able to develop key visuals, marketing collateral, presentation decks, and other communication materials.
• Graphic design and visual communication skills with a good eye for layout, typography, and detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver creative work from concept to production.
• Leverage AI tools to support ideation and streamline design workflow.
• Enforce brand guidelines and maintain high quality standards.

• Create clear and engaging visual communication for technical, research, and corporate content.
• Responsible for event and corporate photography for marketing and communications purposes.
• Assist in basic video editing for events, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal, external stakeholders and vendors to develop and deliver creative work from concept to production.
• Leverage AI tools to support ideation, creative development, and streamline the design and content creation process.
• Enforce brand guidelines and high standard of quality.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing event communications, marketing campaigns, collateral, social media content, or other relevant creative work.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio demonstrating the same is also welcome.
• Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• Able to develop key visuals, marketing collateral, presentation decks, and other communication materials.
• Graphic design and visual communication skills with a good eye for layout, typography, and detail.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Advantageous to have experience in PowerPoint and Canva skills.
• Photography skills, with the ability to capture usable content during events.
• Advantageous to have videography and motion graphics skills.
• Keen interest in exploring AI tools to support ideation, creative development, and improve production efficiency.
• Able to multitask.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
