Qualifications

• Post-graduate diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
• Experience working in Singapore and China or similar major Asian cities.
• Background spanning marketing, operations, HR, administration, business development and executive support.
• Proven ability to build business relations with external parties and diverse backgrounds.
• Hands-on experience creating social media content, especially short-form video/reels.
• Excellent English communication; Chinese language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least a post-graduate diploma, preferably in Business Management, Strategic Management or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in Singapore and China (or similar major Asian cities), with demonstrated ability to navigate different cultures and nationalities.
• Solid background spanning marketing, operations, HR, administration, business development, and executive support.
• Strong track record in developing business relations with external parties and a natural flair for influencing and building rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Hands-on experience creating social media content, particularly short-form video/reels, and managing multi-platform digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional Chinese language ability is an advantage.
• Required to work on weekends and public holidays as deemed necessary to support events, content production or other business needs.
