Job summary

By Invite Only LLP in Singapore is seeking a proactive Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily functioning of our brand’s stores across the city. You will lead store teams, implement sales strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service to strengthen brand presence.

With 6+ years in retail and at least 2 years in multi-store management, you will analyze performance, optimize scheduling, train staff, and collaborate with HR, merchandising, and marketing to achieve ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Retail Management or a relevant field.
• 6+ years of retail experience with 2+ years in a multi-store or area management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends and develop strategies to drive performance.
• Flexibility to travel between store locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated multitasking abilities and urgency to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in omni-channel fashion or jewellery brand is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the brand’s retail stores in Singapore to ensure smooth functioning.
• Support the team in planning and executing strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Motivate team to achieve monthly store targets.
• Manage store supervisors and teams to ensure alignment with sales and brand goals.
• Deliver training sessions on store SOPs, customer service, and selling techniques.
• Identify opportunities to improve store SOPs for efficiency and customer experience.
• Resolve customer service or operational issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Evaluate team performance and develop improvement plans.
• Review schedules and inventory to minimise costs and improve labour efficiency.
• Approve timesheets and support payroll tasks.
• Collaborate with HR to recruit and train supervisors, sales associates, and part-timers.
• Create data reports on store performance and market trends for brand improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews focused on growth, productivity, and communication.
• Perform store visits to ensure brand standards and positive customer experiences.
