Job summary

STRUMM'S HOLDING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the group’s operations across Singapore and overseas establishments.

You will drive business growth, profitability, service excellence and operational efficiency while guiding the management team and upholding the company’s standards, values and objectives. The role reports to the Managing Director and requires strong leadership, financial and strategic thinking, with a hands-on, proactive approach in a fast-paced SME

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant management experience in hospitality, nightlife, F&B or multi-site operations.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing business operations.
• Strong commercial, financial and strategic thinking with a track record of driving business performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced SME environment.
• Relevant hospitality or business qualifications are an advantage but not essential; candidates with strong industry experience will be considered.
• Willingness to travel for business when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations and performance of the Group's establishments, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency and brand standards.
• Drive business growth, profitability and strategic initiatives in partnership with the Managing Director.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, financial performance and P&L.
• Lead, coach and develop the management team, including performance management and succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational best practices.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, suppliers, business partners, government agencies and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, employment, health & safety and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee refurbishments, asset enhancements, new business initiatives and operational projects.
• Lead risk management, business continuity and crisis response where required.
• Monitor business performance and provide recommendations to the Managing Director.
• Represent the company at relevant business meetings, industry events and strategic engagements.
