Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily operations of the beauty salon.
• Ensure the salon runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Monitor salon equipment, products, and inventory.
• Supervise, train, and motivate salon staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
• Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
• Assist with recruitment and staff development.
• Ensure customers receive professional and friendly service.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Promote salon services, packages, and beauty products.
• Develop promotional activities to attract new customers.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange product replenishment.
• Manage bookings, payments, and daily sales records.
• Monitor operating expenses and minimize wastage.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure beauty treatments and services meet salon standards.
• Ensure staff follow proper treatment procedures.
• Maintain professional service standards and salon presentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable workplace safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
