Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hairdressing experience.
• Ability to manage shop operations and lead teams to meet business objectives.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude in client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate shop staff to achieve sales and service targets through effective team management and coaching
• Manage daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal customer service delivery
