The role requires 5–8 years in F&B operations with multi-unit experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will collaborate with senior management on growth and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in F&B operations, with multi-outlet management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Standardize operating procedures and ensure consistent execution across locations.
• Monitor service quality, food standards, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and support outlet managers and staff to achieve targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability for all outlets.
• Analyze sales reports, P&L statements, and key metrics to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and licensing requirements.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Support expansion plans including new outlets and concept development, and collaborate with marketing on promotions.
• Prepare regular operational and financial reports for senior management.
