BURANO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee three outlets in Singapore, driving service excellence and profitable performance while managing a 30–50 staff team and coordinating with senior management.

The role includes leading the pre-opening of new outlets (target June 2026), handling licensing, recruitment, training, and launch planning, and aligning with brand headquarters in China to maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

Singaporean or PR status required.
5+ years F&B management experience across multiple outlets.
Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Proven P&L management and new outlet openings.
Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and food safety.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the full operations of three outlets, ensuring consistent service standards and operational excellence.
Lead the pre-opening of new outlets (target June 2026), including licensing, recruitment, training, and launch planning.
Liaise directly with brand headquarters in China to ensure proper execution of brand standards in Singapore.
Take full ownership of P&L, managing revenue, manpower, and food costs to achieve profitability targets.
Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and a team of 30-50 staff, fostering a strong and positive team culture.
Report regularly to senior management/board on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
