Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Customer Service Executive - Contact Centre to manage incoming calls for 9 outlets, provide information on services and appointments, and coordinate schedules.

The role requires good communication, the ability to handle complaints, and willingness to work weekends; permanent, 5-day week with shifts 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, basic salary S$3,000–S$3,200 plus commissions up to S$4,000+ gross.

Qualifications

• Experience in call centre, customer service, appointment booking or a similar role.
• Good communication and telephone etiquette.
• Comfortable handling customer complaints and difficult situations.
• Well-organised and able to manage multiple outlets independently.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer-focused, patient and service-oriented.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and enquiries for 9 outlets.
• Provide information on services, appointments and outlet operations.
• Schedule, reschedule and coordinate customer appointments.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Follow up on enquiries and outstanding customer matters.
• Liaise with outlet teams to coordinate appointments and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records.
• Monitor and manage daily call and enquiry flow independently.
• Support other customer service and administrative duties as required.
