• Manage incoming calls and enquiries for 9 outlets.
• Provide information on services, appointments and operations.
• Schedule, reschedule and coordinate customer appointments.
• Handle feedback and complaints professionally.
• Follow up on enquiries and outstanding matters.
• Coordinate appointments with outlet teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records.
• Monitor and manage daily call flow independently.
• Support other customer service and administrative duties.
