Responsibilities include supervising operations during peak periods, owning inventory and cost control with Excel, and designing 6-day rosters to balance peak demand with lean labour costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in quick service or high-volume casual dining.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
• Experience with InfotechHRIS is advantageous.
• Proven ability to address subpar performance with firm, direct communication.
• Williness to work weekends and holidays; pattern may be discussed during interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift toward a disciplined culture by being present on the floor and enforcing standards.
• Oversee high-volume operations with hands-on supervision of food assembly, grooming, and punctuality.
• Own inventory management, conduct stocktakes, and use Excel to track wastage and trends.
• Design and manage 6-day rosters to optimize manpower and control labor costs.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and staff performance appraisals; maintain records.
• Ensure 100% compliance with SFA/NEA food safety and hygiene regulations.
