Job summary

SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Finance Executive to manage daily accounting across the group entities from its Gambas Crescent office in Singapore.

You will handle full-set accounting, invoicing, intercompany processes and financial reporting, while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance. The role offers permanent employment with a hybrid work arrangement after probation and a monthly salary up to SGD 4,000 plus performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree or relevant professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Chartered Accountant with active membership, or pursuing CA/ACCA.
• Experience managing accounts for multiple entities.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and group reporting.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Full-set accounting and bookkeeping for each entity.
• Customer invoicing, collections and ageing.
• Supplier payments and expense management.
• Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Finance coordination across group entities.
• Documentation, compliance and external coordination.
• Process improvement and technology adoption.
