Job summary

You will handle end-to-end accounting, including invoicing, receivables, journal entries, cash flow monitoring, intercompany billings, GST filings, and tax data preparation, with support for audits and budgeting. Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in corporate services and real estate is advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office and accounting software such as Xero and Oracle.
• High integrity and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts for multiple entities in the Group.
• Invoice issuance, accounts receivable follow-up, and month-end journal entries.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare online bank payments to support operations.
• Handle inter-company billings and GST reporting.
• Support annual statutory audits, management reporting, and budget exercises.
• Assist in policy updates and process improvements.
