Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead full-set accounting for multiple entities in Singapore. You will manage month-end closures and deliver accurate financial insights.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and liaison with auditors and regulators, driving process improvements and finance transformation. A degree in accountancy with professional qualification is preferred, with 5+ years of relevant experience and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with exposure to full-set accounting and multiple entities.
• Prior audit experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Singapore accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting systems.
• Self-motivated, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete sets of accounts and ensure timely month-end, half-yearly, and year-end closures.
• Prepare and review monthly management reports with financial analysis and KPI insight.
• Handle accounting and reporting for multiple entities, including intercompany reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Corporate Tax, and annual audit obligations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulators.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
• Contribute to finance transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.
