Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full-sets for three entities, including ledgers, reconciliations, and monthly closings. The role covers invoicing, AR management and payment processing, with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting with 3–5 years of relevant experience and is proficient in Excel and ERP systems, ready to support statutory reporting and audits in Pasir Panjang.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on with general ledger accounting and month-end closing.
• Experience in accounts receivable and payment processing.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and an ERP/accounting system.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounting and financial records for three entities.
• Perform monthly balance sheet, bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Handle fixed asset accounting, accruals, prepayments and adjustments.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing, audits and tax matters.
• Prepare customer invoices and credit notes, ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Review payment documentation and coordinate payment approvals.
• Process approved payments and maintain payment records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
