Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including GL maintenance and journal entries.
• Perform monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies timely.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end closing processes with schedules and reports.
• Handle accounts receivable activities, invoicing and monitoring of payments.
• Prepare and process payments with proper documentation and controls.
• Maintain fixed asset records and intercompany accounting/reconciliations.
• Assist with statutory reporting, audits and tax-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Suggest process improvements for timely and accurate financial records.
