Job summary

Longbridge Cafe is seeking a Regional Vendor and Consultant Manager to lead local partners, manage multi-city store openings on time and within budget, and ensure regulatory compliance across expansion sites.

You will identify and onboard design firms, GCs, permitting agents, and licensing partners, manage cross-city project teams, enforce QA/QC, and travel frequently to expansion sites while coordinating with internal teams to safeguard brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial store development, retail construction management, or project management.
• Proven ability to build and manage external vendor networks across multiple cities.
• Strong understanding of interior renovation, MEP, fire safety, and local licensing procedures.
• History of delivering multiple store builds on time and within budget in multi-city expansions.
• Excellent contract negotiation skills with problem-solving abilities on-site.
• Willingness to travel frequently across expansion cities.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for cross-functional regional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build & expand the regional vendor and consultant network across target cities.
• Lead RFP/RFQ initiatives, bidding, contract negotiations, and SLA alignment with partners.
• Drive end-to-end store openings, ensuring permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are secured.
