Job summary

Longbridge Cafe in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end store opening programs across multiple cities. You will define schedules, critical paths, and dependencies, coordinating lease, design, construction, permits, and readiness through grand opening.

You will lead cross-functional syncs with operations, tech, and external partners, drive risk mitigation, and deliver executive reports. Fluent English and Mandarin required; PM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in retail expansion or multi-site rollouts.
• Proven track record of managing concurrent store projects with cross-functional vendors.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking; ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Proficient in project management software and data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in professional English and Mandarin for global coordination.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the end-to-end master project plan for each store opening.
• Define critical paths, milestones, and dependencies across multi-city rollouts.
• Identify bottlenecks, track lead times, and drive contingency plans.
• Lead cross-functional syncs with operations, tech, and external partners.
• Coordinate omnichannel deployment tracks and regulatory sign-offs.
• Produce executive reports on progress, risks, and budget status.
• Manage post-opening reviews to improve playbooks and templates.
• Maintain central repositories for contracts, drawings, and minutes.
