Job summary

Longbridge Cafe in Singapore is expanding its flagship concept, merging retail expansion with F&B operations. The role leads end-to-end master planning for new stores, from site to grand opening, and coordinates cross-functional teams across multiple cities.

You will drive schedules, governance, and executive reporting, ensuring milestones, budgets, and risk are managed. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to interface with global and local teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of PM experience in retail expansion or consumer brands.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and vendor teams without direct reporting.
• Strong analytical and process-driven mindset to deliver clear roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end master project plan for new stores—from lease to grand opening.
• Define milestones and cross-functional dependencies across multi-city builds.
• Identify schedule bottlenecks and drive contingency plans with stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional governance across trade partners, offline retail, and digital growth teams.
• Prepare executive reports on progress, risks, budgets, and decisions.
• Lead post-opening reviews and maintain audit-ready project repositories.
