Long Bridge HK Limited seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead master planning and schedule management for new store rollouts. You will coordinate lease, design, construction, and readiness, aligning cross-functional teams to ensure on-time openings across multiple cities.

The role requires 3+ years in retail expansion or similar, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Proficiency with Feishu/Lark, Notion, Jira, MS Project, and advanced Excel is preferred.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in retail expansion, F&B, commercial space development, or consumer brand rollouts.
• Proven ability to manage concurrent multi-site projects and cross-functional vendor teams without direct reporting authority.
• Strong analytical and structural skills to simplify complex workflows into clear deliverables and roadmaps.
• Proficiency in project management software (Feishu/Lark, Notion, Jira, MS Project) and advanced Excel.
• Execution-focused with high attention to detail and accountability across stakeholders.
• Fluent professional English and Mandarin to interface with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and own end-to-end master project plan for new stores, from lease signing to opening.
• Define critical paths, milestones, and dependencies across multi-city store builds via a centralized dashboard.
• Identify schedule bottlenecks, track lead times, and drive contingency plans with stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional governance across external partners, offline retail ops, and digital growth teams to align launch milestones.
• Lead executive-level project reporting and post-opening reviews to improve playbooks and risk registries.
