Longbridge Singapore is seeking a Regional Store Development Manager to identify, onboard, and manage local design firms, GCs, permitting consultants, and MEP vendors across multiple cities. You will lead end-to-end store openings, ensuring timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance align with brand standards.

The role requires 3+ years in store development or project management, with strong regulatory knowledge, negotiation skills, and willingness to travel frequently.

Formación

• 3+ years in commercial store development, retail construction, or project management.
• Experience building vendor networks across multiple cities.
• Knowledge of MEP, fire safety, and local permits.
• Willingness to travel frequently for expansion projects.
• English and Mandarin proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Build and expand regional vendor and consultant network.
• Oversee multi-city store openings ensuring on-time delivery and budget compliance.
• Manage permitting, licensing, and regulatory approvals.
• Ensure brand standards across external teams.
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes and contract negotiations.
