AstraZeneca plc is building Singapore’s first biologics manufacturing campus, a USD 1.5B project enhancing global supply of life‑changing medicines. As an MSAT Specialist, you will drive tech transfer, validation, and process verification across biologics, API, and fill‑finish operations, ensuring robust, compliant manufacturing and on‑time supply.

Qualifications

• Regulated manufacturing experience required.
• GMP, SHE and SOP knowledge essential.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop, review, and execute technology transfer plans and validation docs.
• Monitor and maintain control strategies to ensure product quality.
• Lead investigations and CAPAs to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Prepare technical docs and responses for inspections and filings.
• Provide guidance across manufacturing and packaging processes to improve yield and reliability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
