AstraZeneca is developing its first biologics manufacturing campus in Singapore, delivering end-to-end ADC capabilities including conjugation, fill-and-finish, and secondary packaging. The site will use advanced digital and automation infrastructure to enable autonomous manufacturing and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and delivery in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong safety-first attitude with awareness of operator safety, containment control and shopfloor usability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safe and compliant manufacturing per cGMP, SOPs and safety requirements; operate process equipment within approved limits.
• Batch execution and equipment readiness; ensure traceability and right-first-time documentation.
• Shift coordination and team support; assist in digital tool adoption and handovers.
• Quality and investigation support; assist in CAPAs, deviation handling and root-cause analysis.
• Operational excellence: troubleshoot, improve safety, quality, cycle time, yield and efficiency.
• Operational readiness and equipment qualification support for manufacturing systems.
