Job summary

AstraZeneca Singapore seeks a Senior MSAT Specialist, Materials to define standards for manufacturing materials and single-use systems across biologics and API operations. You will lead risk-based qualification and lifecycle strategies, guiding supplier assessments to ensure patient safety and product quality.

Partner with multi-functional teams to drive compliance and continuous improvement using digital tools.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
Deep expertise in manufacturing or packaging operations.
Strong knowledge of GMP, SHE, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Experience applying project management principles.

Responsibilities

Lead material qualification, lifecycle management, and supplier assessment programs.
Oversee risk assessments, technical evaluations, and qualification activities for materials and single-use systems.
Drive E&L strategies and material compatibility assessments to ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.
Evaluate and implement new materials, technologies, and supplier solutions for robustness and scalability.
Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues and drive investigations and improvements.
Support changes, risk mitigation, and adoption of digital tools across operations.
