AstraZeneca Singapore is building a groundbreaking biologics manufacturing campus and seeks a Manufacturing Shift Team Lead to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient day-to-day operations. You will lead a high-performing shift, manage plans, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Safety, and Warehouse to deliver right-first-time batches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field or with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharma or biopharma GMP manufacturing.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution in GMP environments.
• Good understanding of GMP documentation, deviation management, CAPA, and equipment lifecycle.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the shift in line with batch records and cGMP requirements; promote safety-first culture.
• Translate production schedule into an executable shift plan; verify readiness of personnel and equipment.
• Provide visible shopfloor leadership; mentor technicians and oversee training.
• Contain abnormalities; lead root-cause analysis and timely CAPA closure; support change controls.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, SHE, and other teams to improve safety and efficiency; sustain 5S and digital systems.
• Support equipment qualification, FAT/SAT, and lifecycle management for readiness.
