Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Hougang, Singapore, is seeking a friendly Service Advisor for motorcycle servicing. No experience required; training will be provided. You will greet customers, explain servicing options and schedule appointments.

Candidates must hold Class 2A or 2B licence. Basic knowledge of motorcycle accessories is welcome. The role offers a structured workweek (Mon-Fri with alternating Saturdays) and salary SGD 2,300–3,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Class 2B or 2A motorcycle licence is required.
• Training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of motorcycle accessories is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Perform motorcycle test rides when required.
• Advise customers on servicing, maintenance and repair needs.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with mechanics to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare quotations and invoices, and process customer payments accurately.
• Follow up with customers after servicing to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep customers updated on service progress, completion time and additional repairs required.
• Recommend suitable services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
