Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Service Advisor to assist customers with motorcycle servicing, maintenance and repair needs. You will advise on services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer requirements, schedule appointments and coordinate with mechanics to ensure smooth workflows.

No experience is required as training will be provided. A Class 2B or 2A motorcycle licence is required, and good communication skills are essential.

Salary: $2,300 to $3,000 (based on your experience)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 6.00pm; Alternate Saturday: 8.00am - 6.00pm

No Experience Required, training will be provided

Job Responsibilities

• Perform motorcycle test rides when required.
• Advise customers on motorcycle servicing, maintenance and repair needs.
• Recommend suitable services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer requirements.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with mechanics to ensure smooth workflow.
• Keep customers updated on service progress, completion time and additional repairs required.
• Prepare quotations and invoices, and process customer payments accurately.
• Follow up with customers after servicing to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Class 2B or 2A motorcycle licence is required.
• Service Advisor experience is not required; training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of motorcycle accessories will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and handling their enquiries.
