Job summary

Allianz Insurance Singapore is seeking a Claims Specialist to manage motor claims across Windscreen, Own Damage, Third-Party Property Damage and Bodily Injury, ensuring fair, timely outcomes in line with the Motor Claims Framework and internal policies.

You will liaise with policyholders, workshops, loss adjusters, investigators, intermediaries and legal representatives to secure cost-effective settlements while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Professional certification in Insurance or Claims Management is preferred.
• Mandatory certification in BCP, PGI and ComGl from the Singapore College of Insurance.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in motor claims handling.
• Experience with Windscreen (WS), Own Damage (OD), and Third-Party PD claims required.
• Exposure to Third-Party BI claims advantageous.
• Knowledge of Motor Claims Framework (MCF) and regulatory practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve motor insurance claims across WS, OD, PD and BI.
• Conduct liability assessments and negotiate settlements.
• Ensure compliance with MCF, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain claim records and documentation in the claims system.
• Collaborate with workshops, loss adjusters and legal representatives.
• Identify high-exposure or complex claims and escalate when needed.
• Support continuous improvements in claims processes and digitalisation.
