Job summary

Allianz Insurance Singapore is seeking a Claims Specialist to efficiently manage motor insurance claims across WS, OD, PD and BI. You will assess liability, verify coverage, and deliver timely settlements with strong customer service.

The role requires experience in windscreen, overall claims handling, and cost control, working with a diverse stakeholder network. You will collaborate with policyholders, workshops, loss adjusters and internal teams to optimize outcomes while upholding regulatory

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of motor claims handling experience.
• Experience with WS, OD, PD and BI claims.
• Liability assessment and settlement negotiation experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore's Motor Claims Framework (MCF).
• Familiarity with Merimen or similar claims systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle motor claims from notification to closure with high service standards.
• Manage Windscreen Fast-Track claims ensuring timely settlement.
• Assess liability and review policy terms for coverage decisions.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and third parties.
• Maintain reserves and monitor claims costs for cost control.
• Coordinate with workshops, loss adjusters, and legal representatives.
• Document cases thoroughly in the claims management system.
• Escalate complex or high-exposure claims to seniors as needed.
