Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking a driven Mortgage Specialist to join our team. You will grow the bank's mortgage business by providing loan advisory and tailored home loan solutions to customers, helping them achieve property ownership.

You will work independently, build referral networks with agents, lawyers, and developers, and deliver excellent after-sales service while staying abreast of market trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Positive working attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Bilingual spoken (English and at least one other language).
• Degree or Diploma with sales experience in banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Grow OCBC mortgage business by advising customers on home loans.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities while building long‑term client relationships.
• Plan sales visits, conduct presentations, and generate referrals from agents, lawyers and developers.
• Provide after‑sales service and stay updated on market trends.
