Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking an Operations Personnel (Secured Credit Initiation) for a 12-month assignment at Changi Biz Park. The role supports Mortgage Loan Disbursement activities, including loan booking, disbursement and repricing, with emphasis on document checking and data entry.

You will review credit requests, conduct screenings, liaise with Sales and Law firms, and assist with administrative duties while rotating to support other tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming credit requests for completeness and accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities.
• Conduct screenings on customers or related parties
• Data entry and creation of records into the bank's system
• Checking of documents for mortgage related applications
• Liaise with Sales team and Law firm to ensure proper follow up on queries during the review of documentation
• Preparing, organizing and scanning documents into the bank's system
• Cisco warehousing
• Will be expected to rotate and support various other administrative duties
