Job summary

NOVEL SUNKRIS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a junior Credit Officer to support the Secured Loan Approval Unit in an MNC bank. The role focuses on mortgage loan processing, document verification, and data entry within the loan disbursement workflow.

You will review credit requests, conduct customer screenings, liaise with sales teams or law firms, and handle document preparation and scanning. You may rotate to assist other admin duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Banking industry experience required.
• Mortgage/home loan processing experience preferred.
• Credit application review and document verification.
• Loan disbursement and loan booking experience.
• Legal documentation coordination with sales teams or law firms.
• Fast & accurate typing skill.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming credit requests for completeness and accuracy and convert to concise recorded credit facilities.
• Conduct screenings on customers or related parties.
• Data entry and creation of records into the bank's system.
• Checking of documents for mortgage-related applications.
• Liaise with Sales team and Law firm to follow up on queries during documentation review.
• Prepare, organize and scan documents into the bank's system.
• Cisco warehousing.
• Rotate and support various other administrative duties.

Job description

Credit Officer is a maker role, as a junior officer in Secured Loan Approval Unit of a MNC Bank which supports activities related to Mortgage Loan Disbursement such as Loan Booking, Loan Disbursement and Loan Repricing. This role carries out checking on internal caution lists, checking of documents, preparing instruction and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review incoming credit requests for completeness and accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities.
• Conduct screenings on customers or related parties
• Data entry and creation of records into the bank's system
• Checking of documents for mortgage related applications
• Liaise with Sales team and Law firm to ensure proper follow up on queries during the review of documentation
• Preparing, organizing and scanning documents into the bank's system
• Cisco warehousing
• Will be expected to rotate and support various other administrative duties

Must have skills:
