RecruitFirst is hiring for a Credit Operations Support role at Changi Business Park, Singapore. Contract from 1 Nov 2026 to 31 Oct 2027 with extension possible. Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm.

Banking exposure and Excel/Office skills are preferred. Diploma holders encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include reviewing credit requests, screening customers, processing mortgage-related activities, data entry, and coordinating with sales teams and law firms.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Banking experience is an advantage.
• Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with VLOOKUP is advantageous.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Meticulous with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.

Responsabilités

• Review credit requests and check for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform screening checks on customers and related parties.
• Process mortgage loan booking, disbursement and repricing.
• Perform data entry and create records in banking systems.
• Check and verify mortgage-related documents.
• Prepare instructions and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with Sales teams and law firms to follow up on documentation.
• Organise, scan and upload documents into the bank's systems.
• Perform internal caution list checks.
• Support various administrative and operational duties as required.
