Job summary

• Customer service experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Ability to liaise with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of KYC screening procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Attention to data accuracy and completeness in core systems.
• Experience preparing management reports and dashboards.

• Deliver superior customer servicing and contribute to the overall Mortgage Sales customer service experience
• Assist and liaise with customers’ requests
• Liaising with internal stakeholders on behalf of the Specialists
• Administrative and documentation support and to ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures
• Performing KYC screening and searches
• Ensure data integrity and completeness by performing steps required to ensure information/demographic details are updated in Bank’s systems (BWCIF/CRM)
• Effectively manage and track sales campaigns and manage leads and provide timely updates
• Prepare reports for timely submission to Management
• Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor/s
