Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Banking & Finance or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• KYC screening and documentation experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer servicing and contribute to Mortgage Sales customer service experience.
• Assist and liaise with customers’ requests.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on behalf of the Specialists.
• Provide administrative and documentation support and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform KYC screening and searches.
• Update data integrity in Bank systems (BWCIF/CRM).
• Manage and track sales campaigns and leads, providing timely updates.
• Prepare reports for management submission.
• Handle other general administrative duties as assigned.
