Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of banking experience, preferably in mortgages.
• Strong aptitude in software programmes and proficiency in Microsoft programmes, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledgeable in real estate industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, analyze and make recommendations for mortgage applications.
• Liaise with stakeholders for documentation and rectifications.
• Perform compliance and documentation checks on mortgage applications.
