Responsibilities
- Conduct independent credit review, assessment, evaluation and/or approval of credit proposals from Wholesale Banking portfolio.
- Identify material risks (credit, legal, regulatory, operational, ESG) and document mitigations.
- Provide oversight of rating process and approve ratings.
- Coordinate with regional credit teams to deliberate on issues for approvals.
- Monitor and report credit risk issues to CRO and senior management; support portfolio reviews and stress testing.
