Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Mortgage Sales Bankers with daily operations and documentation.

You will assist in processing forms, printing documents, updating leads on PWEB, and handling ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth business workflows. The role requires strong attention to detail and good organizational skills in a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and updating the E-Acceptance Report and raise memos and CIF merge forms for processing.
• Assist printing of documents and arrange courier service for Mortgage Sales Bankers.
• Assist in collating Account Opening Forms for batch processing by COC.
• Assignment of Leads from various channels to Mortgage Sales Bankers.
• Collate and update Introduce a Friend cases and issue redemption letters.
• Assist Mortgage Sales Bankers in service requests for repricing and loan statements.
• Assist in name screening and searches.
• Update PWEB online application leads.
• Other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor/s

Job Description

2. Assisting in printing of documents and arranging courier service for Mortgage Sales Bankers.
3. Assisting in collating of Account Opening Forms to be batch to COC for processing.
4. Assignment of Leads from various channels to Mortgage Sales Bankers. 5.Collating & updating of Introduce a Friend cases and issuance of redemption letters
5. Assisting Mortgage Sales Bankers in sending service request for repricing, request for loan statements.
6. Assisting in performing name screening and searches.
7. Updating of PWEB online application leads.
8. Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor/s
