Job summary

Manna Pot Catering is hiring a permanent morning part-time Service Crew to ensure guest experiences meet the highest standards. You will support smooth restaurant operations, handle POS and reservations systems, and coordinate between Front of House and Back of House teams.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, addressing guest needs and complaints, maintaining stock and displays, and upholding cleanliness and health regulations to keep the restaurant running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Ensurethat an impeccable customer experience for all guests is maintained
• Ensuresmooth execution of restaurant service
• Participate in proper communication between Front of House (Hotel) and Back of House operations team
• Use the POS and reservations software systems
• Perform opening and closing duties for the restaurant where required.
• Address customer needs, comments and complaints
• Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean
• Ensure that workstations are set up before the shift commences
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant
• Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations
