Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon is seeking Breakfast Services Part-Timers who are reliable, friendly and multi skilled to be the first point of contact for our guests. They efficiently answer inquiries and provide food & beverage services throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, clearing tables, refreshing The Great Room, and assisting with opening/closing duties while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills and basic computer literacy.
• Proficient in written and spoken English with good communication skills.
• Positive and keen to learn attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Clear tables and prepare for service for the next guests.
• Refresh Food and Beverage in The Great Room.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including storing all reusable foods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, cleaning and maintenance of coffee machine and setting up for next day breakfast.
• Take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Answer guests' enquiries practically and simply in adherence to brand standards.
• Handle guests' complaints appropriately adhering to brand standards or direct them to Duty Managers.
• Reliably handle all special needs and requests of guests.
• Demonstrate BrandHearted behaviours by maintaining compliance with all brand standards, behaviors, hallmarks and license agreement mandates.
• Clean and organize guest areas and pick up debris throughout public areas.
